Clearing Emotional Hangovers
A dynamic space that is held by an experienced therapist allows participants to start to visualise their own inner world. The next stage is acknowledgement of significant emotional ‘hangovers’ that may still be reverberating and working through a guided process to cleanse those hangovers and move on with difficult or intense emotional issues in your life.

Am I able to move on from a toxic relationship?
We start with an exploration of what constitutes a toxic relationship to understanding why people might be drawn to these types of relationships. We are introduced to a set of approaches to start either exiting a toxic relationship or accepting the implications and challenges of staying in the relationship. Noting that there are often complex inter-related reasons that we stay in our love relationships.

A workshop that allows you through guided facilitation and discussion to truly understand what are the reasons you are currently single. A great opportunity if you want to understand more about your single status... we go into some of the questions that may have kept you wondering - is it me? Or is it them? Are my standards too high... or too low?

A 5 step process to processing your own emotional baggage.
This interactive workshop allows a frank discussion around the burden of emotional baggage and re-imagining it. Your experienced facilitator uses her extensive understanding of self knowledge and development to assist participants start to process their emotional baggage and envision a lighter future.
