Using prompts such as
'whats undearneath the problem?' allows a frank discussion as per Susan Jeffers
'Feel the fear and do it anyway' theory that nothing is scarier than operating from unacknowledged fears. Whether you have lots of newbie graduates or more experienced teachers struggling with the extra emotional load, this half day workshop allows teachers to walk away feeling a sense of relief that a safe space is provided for discussing some of these sensitive topics. Some of the topics include:
- Exploring the impact of our fear on our behaviour.
- What fears we may have about kids in classrooms.
- Link to our internal psychology
& neuroscience.
