Support for family members who experience BPD from a loved one.

Led by an experienced therapist the aim is to provide a safe and confidential space for people whose loved ones are diagnosed with borderline personality disorder. Providing insight and help to recognize patterns and difficulties in relationships that BPD can bring to those family members affected by the BPD diagnosis of their loved one/partner. 



Minimum 10 participants.

1.5 hours weekly support group (online only)

What does it mean to be ‘too nice’ and how does that impact your life? 

Led by an experienced therapist the aim is to provide a weekly space for recognising our own behaviour patterns and how that may be detrimental to living an authentic life.  Gaining support from the group environemtn to make change at a steady pace. 



Minimum 10 participants.

There’s nothing like mother love – except when she’s a narcissist; and then there’s NOTHING like mother love!

Led by an experienced therapist the aim is to provide a safe space for allowing expression of the mixed emotions we often feel when a mother (culturally anticipated to provide love) is actively providing something other than that. Exploring the questions we may have around that in weekly group sessions. 



Minimum 10 participants.
